Katzi disposes an alacrity for sharing her passion of yoga as she has experienced first hand the ineffable shifts that yoga can create on the totality of one’s being. She has been actively practicing since 2006 and teaching since 2012. She has completed over 1,000 hours of training from various lineages with focus on vinyasa, yin, creative sequencing, ayurveda, Dharma Yoga, advanced asanas, subtle body, meditation techniques, psychic development, yoga nidra, aromatherapy, kids, and Forrest Yoga.
